Check-in & ID verification: Bring a valid government-issued photo ID (required) to verify identity and match you to the correct test.

Select your testing method

  • Lab-based testing is available when required or recommended

STEP 4

Collection: A trained staff member will guide you through the collection process in a clean, private setting.
