Middle Georgia Diagnostic Lab provides specimen collection services that involve scheduling, preparation, and use of medical supplies.
Refunds

All sales are final once services are rendered.

Refunds will only be issued if:

A payment was made in error (duplicate charges or incorrect amount).

Middle Georgia Diagnostic Lab cancels a scheduled appointment and cannot reschedule within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@midgalab.com within 7 business days of the original transaction.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
Cancellations
We value your time and ours. Advance notice helps us provide quality service to all clients.

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty. This excludes NIPP Testing which require at least a 48 hours' notice.

​Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the required notice period will result in a $25 late cancellation fee.

No-Shows: Failure to attend or be available at the scheduled time without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit being refunded or applied to service at a later date and time.
Late Fees

A late fee of $10 will be charged for customers who are more than 10 minutes late to their scheduled appointment.
